The Family Faboo Jumps to the Zoo - A kangaroo family named Faboo travels to the zoo and meets many different animals. Introduction of animals and movements qualities.
Folk Story:
The Turnip, A Russian Folk Tale - Students physicalize the telling of this
Russian Folk Tale and end up by making some vegetable soup.
As a Master Artist with the Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning through the Arts Jody presents: “Journeys All Around Us: Exploring Creative Movement and Story in the Early Childhood Classroom”, a two and half hour professional development workshop presented originally as part of the Kennedy Center Professional Development Series. Through Wolf Trap a five day in-classroom residency is also available. |
